Help!!! Ast Elimination Queston???
I want to elimtinate the AST but my water pump housing is a one-piece and doesnt have room for the 86 gxl cap and housing... is there another way around it??? I alreadky bought it and everything else can i just connect the nipple on the housing to the overflow tank???

You will need a two piece thermostat housing to use the 2nd. gen neck on it. I have a polished one for sure and may even have one unpolished as well I'd swap you for yours (the unpolished one if I have it) if you get the shipping. Jack
