Help...

Please help. I am going today to buy a '94 RX7. It is white on black w/60k miles and a 60 yr old owner. Is 17,500 high? It is loaded but no Bose stereo, is that unusual?

Any help appreciated as SOON as possible!!! Rob Allen.

Manual or automatic? Any mods? If the car is not a touring model, it would not have the Bose system.

Given the increasing frequency of people totalling their FD's, or having them stolen, 17,500 isn't TOO bad. You should determine if the engine has good compression before you make an offer too...at 60k miles you should be ok still, but it depends on how it was driven.

There's a ton of stuff to look for...see the sticky at the top of the 3rd gen section and I"m sure you'll find that a lot of your questions will be answered.

Go get the VIN number and I'll run a CarFax for you.
PM me.
Go check the KBB value and use it to try to negotiate a lower price. Can't just buy it w/ negotiating.
Since 60 y/o, I doubt he has any mods on it.
Go check it out. Look at everything.
If everything works out, BUY IT!!!
It's Alpine white which is rare. I want a white FD.

for a white 94: if it has no sunroof its a base model.
if it has a sunroof its a polular euqipment package. if it has a glass roof its a touring.

Hey guys THANKS for the info. You just saved me a 4 hour trip. I called and it is not a glass sunroof and basic stereo. Can you upgrade from another touring model? If not I will be patient. Thanks for the link. He says it is a creampuff except for a small grind 1st to 2nd. But he says it has always been that way. Is this normal? I hate to pass this one up. Any more help asap appreciated!!!
