Ok, here is the infamous story......my power steering pump went out of my car so i had to tow it cuz the power steering pump pulley actually sheered. so anyway, i towed my car to the dealer using a dolly where you have the front of the car on the ramp and the rear wheels are hanging. before i towed it to the dealer the car ran and drove fine aside from the power steering pump of course. ok, when i get the car back everything is fine in relation to the power steering pump but when you go above 40 mph the rear of the car starts vibrating like you wouldn't believe and it is incredibly loud. to put it in perspective i had a girl as a passenger and she told me to slow down if you know what i mean. that's what i'm talking about here, the faster i go the worse and louder it gets. during load/acceleration is quiets down until there is consistent load though.
could i have done something towing it on the dolly? i know the dealer didn't drive it cuz of the miles. my thoughts were i may have cracked the PPF or something. it has to be something large to cause that much vibration.
any input would be much appreciated.
the suspension is working quite well though, it seems to be coming from the center of the car

as a general rule.. car should be towed with the driving wheels off the ground...
for rear wheel drive.. rear should be raised and off the ground..
pretty certrain the reasoning behind it is to keep the tranny and diff from turning gears without lubrication..

ok, so i totally just learned that you are supposed to d/c the driveshaft before towing which i did NOT do....but even if i did d/c the driveshaft the diff would still be doin it's thing so i am completely comfused, it seems as if i was set up for failure here
