Unhappy help with 1600cc secondary replacement

Hi i got 1600cc injectors from five o motor sport fuel injectors, and fuel rail from rx-7 store. The injectors fit in the rail but the rail won't bolt down, there about 3/4" space between the rail bracket and the engine. Has any one run into this problem. and if so how do you make it work. Is there a kit that will bolt on with out any problem. I would even consider that . Thanks Tony

Does this happen to be with a T-78 Install?
Did you remove the diffuser from the injector?

i have this on my car, and as the_glass_man said, did you remove the diffusers from the injector seats. You should have no fitment problems.

You do have to remove the diffusers or the rail wont fit correctly.

I friend of mine just did this install. The Diffusers need to come out (plastic) and the injectors will seat. Dont worry.
