Heeellllppp!!!

Hey guys,

so here's the story, my FD was at the bodyshop getting work done to it. The guys had it there hadn't started it for a couple of weeks cause they would just roll it in and out, no big deal.

Anyways about a week ago they turn it on the car floods. We took out the spark plugs cleaned em out and it started, sounded like crap and was shaking but it got cleared and worked fine.

I take it out of the shop two days ago and thought I take it for a little drive, I noticed that I can hear the blow off spooling up but just as I am about to hit turbo the the car loses power and the acceleration is gone until I take my foot of the gas than it backfires and than it's fine.

Although the car drives great, this keeps happening, until I let go of the gas it backfires than its going again, but it never allows the turbo to kick in.

I would really appreciate some help on this guys, I don't know if I need to have the injectors cleaned, if it's a turbo issue or something major. It is going to go to a shop in Toronto but thought I get all your opinion and see if its something I can figure out.

Also on a totally different note, can someone please tell me where this wire goes or what its for? I got the car back and found it was disconnected:

If you don't, you are just venting air into the engine bay that should pass through the IC. Also, at least on my 94 touring, there is another hole that used to go into the battery box that should be covered. Until I find something better, I just used duct tape.
