Heater Matrix Keeps Popping(leaking)

hi
all
ive got a problem with my heater matrix it keeps breaking when i give my car welly from start,i think it might be over pressure possibly due to the rad caps i got on there they where on the car when bought car they are **** 1.1kg/cm2 which is 108kpa or 1.08 bar if i drive car sensibly and dont really race it is fine havent had any probs with over heating and the guage is normal, read a post where you should only have one pressure cap is this true on thermostat housing and not the tank
thanks in advance

I think this is what hes trying to say:

Hi all,
Ive got a problem with my heater matrix. It keeps breaking when i give my car welly(welly=wellington boot?) from start. I think it might be too much pressure possibly due to the radiator caps i got on there. They where on the car when i bought it.

The specs are 1.1kg/cm2 which is 108kpa or 1.08 bar if i drive the car sensibly and dont really race, it's fine. Havent had any problems with over-heating and the guage is normal. I read a post where you should only have one pressure cap on the thermostat housing, is this true?
