Heater core return nozzle

I know there are a lot of folks out there that have removed their heaters and had to deal with that 3/4" return nozzle on the rear iron. Most just install a short hose and a bolt or worse a cap and clamp. Well if that ever busts loose, you may loose an engine from catastrophic loss of coolant. So I removed my heater on my second rx7 project and thought about what I was going to do about this nozzle. I settled out on a bulletproof fix. Just finished it, and before sending off to be streetported.

Ah, so that's what the heater core looks like...
How hard was it to remove? Mine is completely clogged and needs replacing. The only thing stopping me is that I read that it's a PITA to get to.

No way shape or form is this the heater core - it is the motor REAR IRON where the HEATER CORE return nozzle used to be. If you need a heater core, see my separate FS ad

oh, forgot to say what I was going to say...I was laughing too hard.

Tom - you can also weld the nipple on top of the rear iron as well, as I don't think you will be running coolant thru you TB with this project.
