Headlights/tailights wont turn on? Tryed everything EERRRR

Hey guys here is the stock headlights/Taillights stoped working after I put the dashback in.

So the Headlights work only when I pull back on the light stick everything seems to work fine then taillights work driving lights work interior lights work. But once I let it go into normal and try to just turn the lights on normaly noting happens.

Then if I put a test light to the wires coming from the switch to the connecter there are 3 of them. Green , Red , Black. If I put it on the RED it turns the lights on same goes for the green. Black doesnt do anything. I thought it was a bad ground from that switch ran a new wire and it wasnt?

I've changed the TNS relay checked the grounds behind the dash checked all fuses noting changed the headlight relay.

Please help Im out of idea's

once you check for your relays, breaks in the wires and the fuses, then go ahead and look at the ignition switch. no headlights is a sign that this needs to be replaced or you can suffer a complete power loss. imagine going 120mph and all power is shut down, your engine turns off and your abs does not have power... yeah!
