Can you swap headlights between the FC & FD? I'm looking at a set of projector headlights on Ebay and they supposedly fit both the FC & FD. Can anyone answer if that sounds right?

no.

The housings are shaped differently and unless you've swapped your stock housings for a set of H4s, the bulbs and lamp are one piece, so you can't interchange them.

You could probably fit a set of FD lamps (housings) into an FC, but it wouldn't look pretty.

 

I'm not concerned about the bulbs & lamps, I purchased a set & kit from HIDextra. The part I'm wondering about is if the housing I'm looking at will fit in a FD. The ebay listing says the projector lenses will fit both the FC & FD.

He's right. Check out your stock lights. See how they're not perfectly rectangle like an FC or the ones in that auction? Those won't fit in your pop-ups.

I bought a HID kit, does anyone know where I can buy either projector lenses or at least a clear lens to replace the current stock ones?

 

I got my housings off of eBay, and they're "JDM" so the light pattern's all fucked up because they drive on the left side of the road in Japan.
