Thumbs down headlights have gone crazy

so just as the title says, I pull up in my driveway last night obviously headlights are on and working fine and this is where the fun starts..i go to turn the headlights off and they just starting going up and down,up and down, up and down etc..... im sitting here wtf?? so I turn the car off and still up and down, up and down same thing even with the key out. only way I could stop them if from actually unplugging each headlight motor. I just printed the headlight wiring diagram but figured i would see if anyone else has ever had this problem.. also when trying to just press the headlight pop up/down switch it does nothing as the headlights are just continuously going up and down if they are plugged in.

Years ago when I had my FC, it did the same thing. Turned out to be a bad switch.

Remember your headlight motors are driven off relays so something is telling those relays to fire.

Also, the security relay may have something to do with it as it also can control the headlights

Ah, yes! Good point. The lights will go up and down like this when the alarm is activated.
