Hazards are always on
I am haveing a problem with my hazards. They are always on. I have tryed unplugging the switch, but that has no effect. I ended up pulling the fuse, but my turn signals and horn don't work now. I'm pretty sure it is a short in the wiring, but what throws me off is that when i unplug the fuse, and plug it back in everything is fine for a few minutes, then it goes back to the hazards always being on. I do have a fuse in it that is too large, but i doubt that has anything to do with it. any ideas before i plung into the wiring diagram.

check the wiring under the fender liner. Sometimes the wires will get pinched/rubbed/shredded and that's been known to cause people problems with their flashers. You'll probably have to take the wheel off.
If that looks ok, you'll need to take a look at your CPU #2. It's down by the kick panel on the driver's side. BAM, PHOTO!

I had this problem when I first got my FD wired up. I'd connect the battery and the hazards would just blink for the first 10 minutes the car had power then stop. It was a problem with the aftermarket alarm that was rigged into the car. I had to completely remove the aftermarket wiring to fix the problem.

If you pulled the fuse out and it takes a few minutes for the hazards to come on again, then I have to agree that it could be bad wiring from an aftermarket alarm. I would say you have a short to power, but if that were the case, the hazards would come back on immediately after reconnecting the fuse.
My advice, take a look at the FSM's wiring diagram to trace it's entire circuit, so you can find out how they wired the hazards into the alarm
