Unhappy having some serious power issues, asking for some help

hi guys

so it's like this when i 1st dyno my car i only had a few mods :
Full Exhaust (downpipe, midpipe, Blitz catback)
Pfc with base tune 11/12psi of boost
Intake
Stock Sequential Turbos
and i got 306hp (not rwhp)
And today i went to the dyno again with a few more mods
Full Exhaust
Pfc
Intake
Blitz FMIC
Fluydine Rad
1600 Injectors
Act Clutch
9.5 Flywheel
Supra Fuel pump
avc-r
Plx wideband
Avc-r is set to 1bar of boost (14.7psi)
and i only got a bit over 250hp (again not rwhp)
in the wideband i was seeing 15 or 16
and in the exhaust it was coming a huge gas smell
the dyno was done in 4th gear ... and the car from 1500rpm to 4k rpm was very slow like in the street the car is very slow till 4k rpm
both turbos are spooling ok so what could it be ?
a bad tune ?
please advice

have you had it tuned for the new injectors?

15-16 on the a/f is way high on boost it should be around 11-12.

timing? knock? compression?

well something is definitely not right because you shouldn't be anywhere close to 15-16 on the boost. at idle or with very low load maybe, but on boost i'd get nervous seeing it higher than 12-13. 11.4 is ideal IIRC.

Do you know how much boost you were actually running? (Gauge on the UIM)

Do you have any information you can give us that you haven't?
