I'm an FD owner bro, and my car is being built for the same purpose as you seek. Depending on which roads you hit up, is what you should decide on your set-up. Power wise, you need to do some work still, one, to balance spool times to help ensure the most effective power curve, COOLING <----- THIS IS THE FIRST THING YOU DO, IF I FIND OUT YOU DON'T FIX UP THE COOLING SYSTEM, I WILL BURN YOU DOWN. Make the car reliable, Exhuast, single turbo set-up may be smart, either the RX-6 or GT3540 may be the way you want to go. The stock t-25's just don't like that kind of abuse, in either sequential or non-sequential form.

If your planning on buying an RX7 and you dont know too much about them, first read this:

https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/faq-3rd-gen-other-useful-links-68640/

Then, after that, make it reliable and able to handle all the abuse you'll be putting it through before any power mods. As Comet said, make sure the cooling system is all sound before anything. After its reliable, it'll be ok to do power mods, or in your case, suspension mods.
