This has me beat!

Have my series 6 FD for nearly 3 years now, do all work and servicing myself. Rebuilt the engine 2 years ago. Its got fuelling mods, intake, exhaust, tuned PFC, boosting to 13psi on sequential twin turbos.

For the last while I have had the car off the road trying to source a coolant leak, last weekend I pulled the turbos for a second time and Im still none the wiser to where its leaking from.

here are the facts:
- The leak is dripping from the outside of the vacuum line that connects to the turbo control actuator under the exhaust manifold. About 10 drops a minute with the engine running, with the engine off it slows as the pressure in the coolant system decreases
- There is also a sizzling noise that is coming from the turbo area, can only be heard after engine is shut down, again only a few drips - only slight smoke
- Both front turbo coolant lines have been replaced with Mazda OEM lines.
- All crush washers on the Turbos were replaced
- Coolant line behind the WP was replaced and seems dry
- Coolant line from AST to Filler neck was replaced.
- Coolant line at the back of the engine was replaced
- Coolant line under TB was replaced
- New Rad hoses that are tight.
- The OMP area is wet and has Oil residue and is dirty. Next weekend Ill take off the OMP and have a look around that area. BTW new OMP lines where used when I rebuilt the engine


Thats all I can think of now. At the moment the Turbos are off the car, I took them off again thinking there might have been a crack in the turbo water jacket but after close inspection Im not sure. I have completely run out of ideas and would really appreciate some solid direction?? Any suggestions?

bake the turbos in the oven to get them hot. then check for cracks. they are meant to expand and contract. or get a magnaflux jr kit ($20) and dye check it.
