Has any solved their oil pan leak problems with just purchasing a whole new oil pan?

Like many, I've always had troubles with oil leaks from around the motor mount area. The pan seems to still leak even after trying many different methods of sealing . I've tried other used "straight" oil pans without much luck either. Has anyone run into this problem and solved it with a new OEM pan? They are much cheaper than I expected and I would guess that an oil pan that had never been pryied off before might seal a bit better than ones that had.

Well it may be the cure, but after that many attempts, I would begin to look at other possible sources of the oil such as a sandwich point between the rotor housings and the middle/side plates. I a have point just above the oil pan lip where the front cover meets with the front rotor housing. The seams form a T-intersection and it leaks in a small quantity above the oil pan lip from that seam. I have not found a solution yet.
