One thing most people overlook during low mileage storage/maintenance conditions is to run the A/C periodically. The shaft seal on the compressor depends on the oil in the system to maintain its seal, and running the system every 2-3 months will keep said seal wet. Mine dried out while in storage and leaked out a good bit of the charge, but a recharge and some additional oil seems to have re-lubed the seal and it has stopped leaking.

You are so correct on the AC info. I can tell that the car hasn't been driven for awhile the AC needs a charge. I actually hit 64,000 today!!
