happiest day of my life!

Today was the first day that I have drove my FD in 1 year.
after disassembling the rats nest and replacing all the vac hoses plus some block of plates, MY RX7 lives again.
most important though. thanks everybody that helped me figure things out when i did not know what to do. and most of all thanks to Ray Crowe at malloy mazda for all those hard to find small parts.

Pics coming soon

Damn, a year? It's been like 6 weeks for me and I'm getting antsy. Glad to hear you're running again.

Been about a year for me also. . .my wife just had a baby, and it's actually given me much more time to be home with the family and car. Hopefully I'll be posting something similar in about 2 weeks. . .I'm almost done.

Congrats man, you must be happy!!

Going on 13 months for me. And I am only at the 40% mark. Have a transmission to re-assemble and a ton of parts to clean before I am at the half-way mark.

Congrats!

My bro wrecked my FD on Dec 21st. I just got it back from the shop on Thurs. and now its back in the shop for some complications with the car. I didn't have any problems before i brought the car in and now new things popped up. I only got to drive it for about an hour. Man I hate car shops. Hopefully I will get it back next week with no problems.

Its going on three weeks for me, I had a fuel leak and i finally have the parts to fix it and the weather turns and snows. I can't understand how you guys can go a year without driving your car, I wouldn't last. By the way congrats on getting your car running.
