Search, and read the FAQ's.

The FIRST thing you want to do is insure all the Service Bullitens have been taken care of. Next ensure all the reliability mods are done. After that (and a lot of research) is done than start thinking about making more HP.

I thought you were trying to make it more reliable first. None of those items are reliability except the fuel pump and that is debatable. Save your money and search reliability mods.

good luck

i think the real question is "what do i need to support a 300whp setup". your hp is mostly boost dependant. 12psi is usually common with 300whp applications. there are a few things you should upgrade before you do this though.

things such as "flow mods"
intake
exhaust
intercooler
radiator

these stock parts are limited in what they can offer cooling and flow wise.

you will also need some type of engine management, along with a tune to run higher psi.

did you check the FAQ yet?? it puts all this in much better terms

Seriously dude. Search the archives and read the FAQ.

These questions have been asked time and again. Aside from issues with the PFC (there is more than one kind of ECU) working correctly with an Auto, reliability and power mods are the same, regardless of transmission type.

Punctuation (and spell check). Use it. Trying to read, and make sense of, what you write hurts my head.

tranny will be fine

A'PEXi N1 ExTi EXHAUST: RX-7 93-96 --- $ 757
KOYO RADIATOR: RX-7 93-95 N-FLO --- $440

what you use, mods wise, is all based on personal preference. wait a while till you go dishing money into parts. first get familiar with how the car works. maintance is your prime concern right now. then you can worry about things like increased boost--power mods. you will thank me later, trust me.

here is the FAQ section, since it can be hard to find for newcomers

here is part of that thread discussing in detail, what you will need for your 300-350whp setup. courtesy of dave

Welcome. I don't know enough to offer any advice on the FD, but just would reiterate what others have already written. First, get rid of the cell phone and sit down at a computer and read through this information:

http://www.fd3s.net/stages.html
https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=68640
http://www.turborx7.com/recomend.htm

I know you are on a cell phone now, but please do folks a favor and use a computer. Folks will quickly get tired of reading posts with no capitalization, punctuation, and fully formed words.

with all bolt ons and a powerFC tuned, you should be able to make 300hp easily.

Remember the more you mod, the less reliable the car will be, apart from reliability mods.

Not trying to be mean, but if you have to ask about a 20B, then it's not in your future. The people which are able to start and complete that project, aren't the one's asking for advice on it. It's not a drop in replacement and definitely not a cheap way to go. You'll spend $3-4k on a 20B used motor. Then you'll need that rebuilt before you even start. That will run you another 3-4k. Your almost into it for $10k and you haven't done anything but get the motor.

There is a reason all of us aren't running 20B's.
