had a dream about driving the FD

Maybe some of you will think this is a bunch of BS, but I thought I'd share it. My car has been down since I bought it and is a long way from running again.

I had a dream about driving my FD and just woke up. Everything was put back together but for some reason the car was red, not black. Oh well, it was running. The only complaint was that the old window tint was fading (odd - the car has no tint on it now). I met a few people at a local meet and took off after a modded black 80-something 944 Turbo and passed him. My car was hauling *** and sounded wonderful. Then it started raining and I headed home; strangely enough I was driving home from a place I lived over 10 years ago. I was worried about the rear end getting loose in the rain. I was adjusting the seat inclination to get comfortable (and actually did). Only the drivers side wiper was working (oh well). End of dream.

Well, anyway, that was it. Anyone else that's had dreams about driving their 7, feel free to post.

I dont remember my dreams at all never mind that kinda detail. I do occasionally daydream about driving my Rx7 when I get it all back together but thats more like wishing than dreaming

dreams can be a snipet of the future. maybe your gonna sell/part your current car, and get one that's running for cheap.

I've had a dream before about driving a single turbo, full-race black FD. I remember having to squeeze in over the roll cage bar and then I was driving on the street, but it was too powerful for me and I lost it.

It is a snippet of the future, because I WILL have it running soon - this is not gonna be a lost project.

I don't know, maybe I'll paint it red???

Dreams are not a snippet of the future. Only reasoning behind this is your subconscious may actively persue trying to fulfill a dream since its represents unconcious impulses. In other words, you may make dreams come true but they are not a "snipet of the future".

But I want them to be because I had a dream I was married to Kate Beckinsale the other night!

Right after purchasing the FD, I had a dream a few nights about driving it. It wasn't a wet dream though. lol.

You're not the only one I guess, I dream about my FD every once in while, this winter I was working on it for more that a month and I missed driving it alot and kept dreaming every other night almoast, racing it and just chilling with it.

If I ever park it on a street at night, I worry something to happen so I dream all night someone trying to steal it, or stole my motor or wheels or completely stripped it,,, Weird ain't it? lol.

Nope not wierd at all. Alot of the time your dreams can be directly related to something that bothers you in the back of your mind (not necassarily subcounscious) during the day that you are just to busy to actively think about, due to more important issues. However, at night they have a tendency to surface, since your no longer busy actively using your brain (if you ever were that is )
