Yes the '95 model pump did away with the nice aluminum bracket .. but the good thing is that the '95 pump is closer in style to the '99+ 4-wheel Bosch pumps so should fit the '95 steel bracket without too much rework.
Just an fyi, looking at any post '94 model part be it the US '95's or later JDM's one can see the ever greater influent of the accountants over the engineers. Even down the injector covers being stamped steel in place of the cast and machined aluminum.

I've had everything wired in and powered on - the ecu didn't throw any errors.
Seems like the best route for running the rear-brake lines would be to buy the FD brake line that runs the length of the car (underneath) and install that. These can be had from the dealer for $50 +/- I believe. I wouldn't suggest ordering one as shipping will be costly - best bet would be to buy it directly from the local dealer.
once you have two rear brake lines installed, the remaining lines are pretty simple and require half as much work to bend/shape.
the abs bracket is still a semi-issue. Mazda said "NLA" on the '95 bracket so fabbing one up shouldn't be a big deal. would be a plate with four legs (one connects to the strut tower).
After seeing what the high end (Porsche / BMW / etc) ABS units sell for - I do not feel bad about mine. One race team is building a kit from 911 Porsche parts for users at the tune of $6k+/-. Screw that - I'm sticking with my $500 ABS kit :-)

I've got a good start on the cabling for the car. There are about 25 spools total in the spare closet most of the spools are 55A (M22759/32 or M27500/32) and the two larger spools are over 2k ft each but have 8 22awg cond & 5 20awg cond.

1)You'd wonder if that would be available from Mazda and perhaps one of the vendors such as RHD could source one like they do for OEM parts. Local market wiring manuals went 5213-10-92A, 5278-10-93H and 5321-10-94G.....so it appears you'd just have to figure out the first 4 digits - mostly.

The part #s for the wiring manuals and supplements are good in hardcopy form, as they are for Au delivery as supplied by Mazda themselves, however there are minor differences between the local and Jap market even in the first 3 versions....and of course S7 and 8 never were in this market so not likely to come across that in English. CD editions I'd expect are an entirely different kettle.

My plans have changed dramatically, sadly I'm no longer able to use these pumps & computers.
If you are even remotely interested, please PM me and make an offer for the pump/computer combo - I'm really motivated to get rid of the ones I kept for personal use. I paid about $500 per "kit" (pump & computer) and thats excluding over sea's freight cost. I sold the first bath (5) within 3 weeks.. so dont expect these to sit around.
Again, if you're interested in doing the swap - I'll provide you all the information (wiring, etc) that I have when you buy the abs pump/computer kit. These have been tested and bled on the work-bench so I know they're in working order.

I did end up test-fitting the '95 bracket in the car with the latest model ABS unit (w/ intergrated computer) and it does fit.. fits really well in fact.
A major benefit I saw was *not* having the extra plugs (2) and replay box (which hits the wiper motor) but I think, for me personally, I'd rather make my own bracket and sit this pump down much lower and further back into the fender/firewall area (just above the engine harness outlet hole).
it's really hard to tell how much smaller this unit really is in the pics vs. the '93-'95 stuff but its made my day!
Just scroll up and look at the pictures I posted of the USDM '95 bracket - notice how big that pump is and the amount of room it's taking up?
My thoughts on buying a '95 ABS bracket... no way!
I paid out my *** for it and ended up having to modify the upper JDM bracket and drill a few spot welds out on the '95 USDM bracket to make it work. If the '95 USDM bracket was cheap and readily avail - sure I'd do it again.
I attached some photos of the USDM '95 bracket compared to the JDM bracket.. Enjoy! :-)

Just took my F146 ABS unit out of the box. It seems to be is the Bosch Version 5.3; introduced in 1998 and used on Porche 911's from 1999 to 2005 .. but for the life of me I only see one port for rear brakes also third row of pins is not in plug; I see from the Bosch drawings that only two of those pins get used and that is for the long. g-force sensor if used; guess mazda didnt use or its internal.
