Well first off ur missing the intercooler, the battery (unless its mounted in the rear passenger bin), and piping for the intercooler. Thats all I can see from this angle.

I wouldn't worry about what's missing, since intercooler and battery are cheap and easy to find. It's damage to the interior, frame, or engine/turbos that would scare me. If you buy it and can't test start or drive it, price it accordingly to expect blown engine and turbos.

you're missing IC piping, not the IC itself. Those are Pettit rear flares, C-West front, RE-A lights, ugly wheels, and a rear R1 spoiler. carfax it, and check the body. good luck

I agree with you guys it's pretty fugly looking as it sits.

I would start with getting some wide CCW wheels!

This looks like it was a track car at one time. I would be very leary of the condition of this engine.

Other than the wheels, I don't see what makes this car ugly?

I would love to make this my track car. How much are they asking for it, or do you have to bid on it?

What kind of horseshit intercooler pipe routing is going on with that car? boost lag anyone?

If it's much more than 5k I don't think it's worth it. You're looking at a potential money pit.

Looks like it has potential to me. Check on the radiator and all other parts to see if they're in tact and try and start that beast up for an engine test. Hell, maybe you can use the disconnected intercooler to your advantage? The car WILL run slow without it so maybe they will think it's damaged when in fact it could be in alright shape! Just some ideas. 4-5k or so? could be well worth it if you have the time and money to invest in it, D
If I were you I'd run thru the sticky's at the top for a refresh course on "What to look for when buying an FD,
