I think the guy who makes those said you just have to flip a latch if you want to open them normally, and then just flip it again if you want to open them scissor style

You guys are worried about them going straight or not.....if you look at the second link made by cars factory they do!!!
Look at their actual web page for more pics and you will see that they (cars factory) have the best straight up design

Simply reverse the install process... and put your original hinges back on... but keep in mind that your doors open OEM (factory) as well as Lamborghini style... so why would you ever need to?"
