when u up the boost thats when the twin power kicks ***. at near stock boost levels it realyl doesnt do much. But when u arerunning 15psi or more you can see a 20rwhp improvement.

Most of the stuff that you listed here does not really add power but gives you is the ability to turn up the boost.
Elimination of all emissions equip.
-HKS Twin Power Ignition <--- this will come in handy at the higher boost levels for sure
-Rx7 Stores Extreme fuel system... Competition fuel rail, 1600cc secondaries, etc...
-RP Competition Fuel Pump
-Efini Y-Pipe <---honestly do you really think that is going to make a difference?
-Greddy Pulley Set <---This too?
-A few other little things that should have no effect on HP.
You can turn up the boost but your bottle neck is your stock catback. Get rid of it. Again, with a MP and a lightened flywheel you should be at around 320 RWHP at 12 psi. add the ignition and the proper fuel for 15 psi and you might hit 350 RWHP.

I could be a little off but a lightened flywheel does increase the effective horsepower of the motor as long as you consider it part of the engine. Torque is a measurement of how much work can be performed and horsepower simply refers to the rate at which the work can be done. Therefore, by lightening the flywheel, the amount of power that the engine can do remains the same (torque), however, due to less rotational mass, the work can be done faster which causes the horsepower rating to increase. Again, that is only if you are talking about measurements taken at the flywheel and not the crankshaft.
