Guage Cluster has power/light but no signal to guages???

Would this be a cluster or a wiring issue? and relays control just the signal? what is the meter fuse for?

Check the meter fuse.

The meter fuse supplies ignition-on +12V to the cluster. The power for the illumination is on a separate circuit.

I had a similar problem recently. All lights would work. odometer #'s showed up while key was on. But when started they went out and no tach or speedo either. It turned out to be a bent PIN at the white connector that goes from the engine harness to the dash harness. Carrying the signals for tach and such. Maybe check to see that those pins are all OK or that the connector is actually plugged in.

That is a starting point idea from my side anyways. AFter you check the fuses first though. Check the obvious first

sometimes its the guage itself... I installed a profec-b on my friends car and everything was wired and working but it wouldn't work.... found out that it was the profec-b itself... a bad part.... it happens not very often but it does happen sometimes.
