greddy profec 2 or hks evc 6! which one to go with?

hi
i currently have knight sports ebc 3 boost controller which came with my car from japan
i like it but its to complicated to use it

i am thinking to replace it.. here are 2 of my options
1. greddy... it look plain n simple.. and easy to operate
2. hks....it looks more flashy but again it comes with a lot more function so it mite be complicated???

what you guys say

my car mods
apexi pfc, 3" exhaust dp+mp and greddy smic
thats it
thanx

if you want simple, get the Greddy Profec S or old Profec B. They only have a few ***** to turn. The Profec Spec II and basically any HKS EVC will still frustrate you.

i suggest going for the Greddy E-01

probably the most simple Boost controller ever made, plus it has extra sensor functionality
and it has a nice big screen that looks great and makes everything easier

i had an EVC6 before and it was a nightmare to work with compared the Greddy

now that i have the E-01, i don't think i'll ever use a different boost controller...

i had the profec and ive had my hks .. guess which one i still have...not to mention the one i would trust.. the hks has alot of useful functions like you can set your warning limits and theres a overboost protection.. say you set your psi to 15 psi and you boost 16 if you set the drop boost it will cut the boost... defintalty my choice in way to go.. plus the read out looks better then the eo 1

we're gona have to agree to disagree my friend lol

i had the evc6 before and now i have the eo 1 and i'm going to stay with the greddy

the read out is much larger, it has a nice warning buzzer and flashing light for all the different sensor inputs and the boost

you can switch between boost levels with 2 turns of the **** on the controller on the fly, plus it has the "passing over boost" which is when you hold down the shift key on the controller it lets the car boost a little bit high for passing situations

and what i really like also is that the controller is separate from the screen so its very easy access to controlling the unit without having to reach around in the car

plus the E01 looks badass IMHO, heres how mine's setup in my cabin:
the screen in the top right bolted to the dash side and the controller holster right next to the music deck...easy access for on the fly changes
