funny you should ask. I watched my friend install his today. It sounds like the PE and looks more understated than the PE or the SP. Both our cars are mbm. I have a PE. I'm going to take a couple pics of them parked next to each other tomorrow or later this week for comparison.

Let me guess, you thought he was referring to a greddy exhaust system for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo. The Evo is a relatively new product, so we won't send you off to the loony bin just yet. My pills my pills!!

You copy-cat! j/k'ing

I bought my GReddy PE without seeing or know what it looked like. I was ordering the Bonez exhaust system from RX-7.com and let them suggest a catback and the PE it was.

At first, I was a little dissappointed due to it's size. However, the sound and performance were great so I kept the setup. A local friend has a dp/mp with borla/Racing Beat dual setup and my dp/hi-flo/GReddy PE is quietier at WOT. I've heard the GReddy PE with a mp and it wasn't that much louder than my setup with the hi-flo. Despite it's look, it's a nice sounding exhaust.

yeah i have no regrets about mine other than the can....but the straight through piping is nice for performance so i guess its a trade off.

The piping in the Greddy PE can only measure 2.50". Look and you'll see what I'm talking about. This is alot smaller than the main pipe leading to the can. I still does sound alot better than the SP.

The greddy evo was 3.75 and it was that way the entire way through.. a tenis ball went through it without ANY problems infact it bounced on the walls side to side..
