Is the greddy 3-row fmic too large for a HKS T04E 60-1
My guess is that it would be fine.
The idea that the 2-row is good up to 15 psi is thrown around a lot. My interpretation of that statement is that the IC starts to become too much of a restriction for efficient operation when you are flowing as much air as you would around 15 psi. High pressure drop is bad, so a bigger IC (which flows better) is suggested at that boost pressure.
The 3-row should have more flow capability, and there is not much downside to using an IC that is too large. The only possible downside is a tad bit more lag from the larger volume. For that reason, I think the 3-row would be just fine for the T04E installation, at any pressure you want to run it at.
