governor removal
HOw do i remove the governor off a 1993 mazda rx7 from japan its a right hand drive my friend was wondering how to remove the governor because his car reads km and it reaches 180 km and its about 115 mph and he wants it to go fast how can he romove his governor and convert over his dash from km to mph let me know anyone
