Got my hands on a G-tech

A good friend of mine let me borrow his G-tech, so I did a few runs in the nice fall weather up here in Michgan. Spinning completely through 1st, I knocked off a 12.81 at 118.5 which should be pretty accurate given my mods, tuning, and the intake temps at the time (low 30s). Max boost on the commander was .98 and 37C intake temp. during the run.

Thoughts?

With your mods, I'd expect a little better. Sounds like you are traction limited. I have a 98 Corvette automatic that is mostly stock and it gets G-Tech figures around 13 seconds and 112 mph.

hmm not sure how close that is, but for running a 12.8 that trap of 118 is pretty high, so u definitly have some traction issues if its true.

Track trap speeds are averages over last small section of the track (I can't recall the exact distance). G-Tech is last speed at the end of the 1/4. So G-Tech is typically off what you'll get from the track as far as trap speeds (neither is wrong, just two ways to do it), but fairly accurate (if calibrated properly) for the timings.
