this one is weird to me when i first start the car i have no problem but once i rev the motor to say 5000 rpm then let it back to idle the car will drop down to 100 rpm then finally come back to 500 to 800 rpms for normal idle any clues please help

It sounds like the Throttle dampener, it is what slows the butterflys when closing from open throttle, this keeps the motor from dieing.
