Goru guidence needed. a work in progress

Ok so the insurance was pulled on my car this weekend (damn ohio weather). this is the perfect oppurtunity to get to work on my car. I think i've settled on buying Benjamin's td06 setup w/ intercooler.

now my list of mods relavent to my plans:
catback
midpipe
power fc
greddy profec b
greddy elbow
1600 injectors
new secondary rail

Now my plans are to get:
radiator
clutch/flywheel
pulleys
do a complete vac line job
fuel pump (supra fuel pump I heard is a good choice?)
rotors
coilovers

now my questions are: should I port my motor? Am I missing anything? Shoild I get a 2nd oil cooler? Should I get a haltech and sell the power FC?

Thanks for all the advic, appreciated
-Jay

Definitely, you should port the motor. Street port is the reliable way to go. Second oil cooler is a MUST to support that street port. Keep the Power FC because you can make well 400WHP if it's tuned right. Haltech is meant for professional drag racing not weekend street racers like us.

Try also to get a 65C thermostat for your Rex. I bought mine from SuperAutobacs in Stanton, CA (first one in USA) for $65 bucks and it's awsome! Keeps my temperature down as advertised.

Def. keep the power fc. You will be happy with the Haltech I think also, but not enough to replace the power fc. Second oil cooler and porting is a good idea, but isn't needed, just recommended.

Totally unnecessary, and in fact, probably harmful during the colder months.

Also, if you think paying $65 for a thermostat is reasonable, I have some land for sale in Florida...

Is there any trickery in porting one of these motors? Or could a 17 year old handle it?
