Hm, I went to so many that I sometimes mix them up. I believe at the event that Damon had the engine fire (and we used my AAA to tow him home) the track day stopped due to a Supra spewing oil all over the track.

Also Gordon, my old roommate Jason Cameron entered a Gotham Racing prepped FD in the USCC and it didn't fare very well, we didn't have nearly enough time to get the car ready. As far as I know your former car was never in the USCC. Actually, if you go over to www.roadandtrack.com and check out their online store (navigate to 'photos' and 'mazda'), there are some really sharp pictures of Jason's car from a photoshoot that still has the Gotham and USCC stickers on the windshield.

Yeah, the pictures are very high quality, he had a VR red with no rear wing and 18x10 CCWs all around. I bought one for my brother for Christmas and had it framed

Not sure who bought the car from Lance, I seem to remember it's someone on the forum from texas.

I was also on the big list, rx7@world.std.com. I lived in Florida back then and remember heading to Moroso with Pettit Racing and guys like Brooks Weisblat, good times.

I remember the Big List and MADS in '99. Good times.

Still regret not buying Wael's CYM when it was on the market. Oh what a beauty it was!

Yup, Wael's CYM FD was damn pretty before it got dismantled. I remember lots of that old crew, including Ed Kim, Ryan Schlagheck, Alfie Desfosses, Tony D.....we all drove down to VIR for FD track days back in late '98/early '99 right after I bought my R1. Gordon, we're getting to be freaking dinosaurs around here
