Good test points for ignition system using a voltmeter?

MY leading coil is getting no spark and my jacobs box is reading no output. I've swapped everything and still no luck so it has to be a wire. What are some good test points?

Mods..
Jacobs rotary box (showing input, replaced same deal)
T2 coil (replaced same deal)
J&S knock sensor (bypassed and still no workie)
wires and plugs (ditto)

Thanks,
Ryker

did you have all the stuff in and working, then it stopped... or is the lack of spark after the install?
