good price for diff/ppf/tranny?

a guy here in town wants to sell me all this for $600. they all have about 80k on them. is this a good price?

are the synchro's still good on the transmission? have you checked the PPF for cracks? That seems like a good price to me if they are in good condition. At Pettit...they wanted 800 for a good transmission (just something to think about)

yea everything is in good shape. no cracks on the ppf but it's hard to inspect the ppf because it normally looks a little bent on the ends... anyone have a pic of a cracked/bent ppf?
