On the turbo control solenoid and the waste gate control solenoid. I cant figure out which connector goes to which, one has a white dot on it and the other has no dot. Right now I have the connector w/ the white dot on it running to the wastegate control solenoid, is this wrong???

 

The one with the white dot goes on the drivers side. You have it right.

There should be a white dot on the actual solenoid too...check that

 

The white dot goes on the right side as viewed from the front of the car. See here, the white dot is colored in below where the harness attaches.
