GM Map sensor...will it work on an FD?
what kind of ecu is he running?? It works with the Power FC but you need a datalogit to change the setting, don't think you can do it on the commander. I'm assuming he has all the appropriate mods to support using that high of boost also...

Thing is, if you are running more boost you should be sure that you have the supporting fuel / IC mods to support it.
If it's stock twins I believe the stock map sensor (17psi limit) should be plenty.
Be careful, don't blow her up!

yes, many people buy the GM 3 bar map sensor if they plan to boost higher. I have one.

you can find the map sensor at http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ it's about half the price on the web than if you went to a dealer
The map sensor is in the car, but it won't boost over 15lbs. Boost cuts off after that. How can I bypass the boost cutoff? I thought replacing the sensor with the GM would do that?
