Okay, laugh all you want...but the handle on the glove box broke and now it's stuck closed.

How can I open it to replace the handle?

 

Drill a hole in the box, place a small stick of dynomite and detonate it.

 

get a small flat screw driver, lay down on you back and get under were the handel snapped off and push the metal bar up, and it should open. Bad thing is finding a new lock. I just replaced the hardware and left the lock part out since it cant be changed without getting a new lock-key .Ray at Malloy Mazda got me the handle in five days

 

Unscrew the two screws on the metal hinge under the door . Then wiggle shake and ease a screwdriver in to release it .

 

Thanks guys...guess this has happened before to some of you. Anyways, I'll give it a try and let you know how it goes.
