give me your best guesses

alright, i have been breaking in my freshly street ported motor which has about 200 miles on it now.

Here is the issue I'm having, while accelerating to around 80 mph in 4th the other day, my car took a crap on me. Thought maybe the MAP sensor line blew off because that is exactly how it was acting.

I ended up limping the car home and doing the poor mans compression test. Car was shaking like a paint shaker, sounded like ****, idle was real rough at about 600 rpm and smoking like a chimney.

The compression test turned back good results, even bounces on each rotor face and peak pressure was at about 100 psi.

I am going to purchase a new engine harness from Ray @ Malloy to rule out any electrical gremlins or corrosion in harness. We have tested the coils resistance, plug wires, voltage to the coils and fuel pressure all the day before this issue and everything WAS fine. The MAP sensor checked out fine as well, reading atmospheric pressure to the PFC.

Give some ideas of where to troubleshoot as I plan on digging into the car tomorrow and double checking my ignition setup.
