getting a bad paint patch out

Ok so I got this small patch of paint that has been swiped by a bumper and it is soo trivial it seems like I can just buff it out. How can i got about this? It is on the front bumper. And is less than 2 inches wide and 6 inches long. Help!

I used some goof-off and it got rid of the residue and the rest I waxed and it looks good again. Thanks.
