Why is this somewhat true ?
I have solid diff mounts, a diff brace, a torque brace, I am fitting a gearbox brace and strengthened power plant frame, on what basis is the diff more vunerable now than it was before fitting the gearbox brace? I would of guessed it would be less vunerable if anything?
I like the day to day drivability too much to upgrade my diff anyway, so if does blow, I will be fitting another stock one.

Well a host of work done on my car including the gearbox brace.
There is a little extra noise but only when lifting off the accelerator.
Gear change feels much better none of the sloppiness you get normally, it's now nice and tight going into each gear.
When I go to the drag strip at the end of the month I will see if it
can still do it's job well. So far i'm well pleased with it.
Cannot say how much noise anyone else may pick up once fitting it, as I already have a noisy car on deceleration because I have solid diff mounts and diff brace.
It's also not as flimsy as it looks on the pictures it's a solid bit of kit.

Hard to tell if there is really any difference in stiffness, cause I fitted hks drag suspension at the same time and it feels like when I was last in the U.S and drove a buick. It's now very soft almost like your floating and rolly polly around bends.
Not.
I have to look into the noise issue some more cause I also noticed my kgparts diff brace makes my diff sit alittle higher, the end that connects to the prop shaft is tilted up. I think the bend in the diff brace is a bit too sharp and I am not sure if this is contributing to the noise.
The extra noise is minimal, but I will either fit another diff brace, or maybe run over my diff brace with my 4x4 and flatten it out a little and see if the noise lessens.
