Gauge mount Help!! everyone!!

OK eveyone I have a 3 gauge pillar mount! It is just a regular pillar mount that you drill holes in and then you put those stupid little plastic screw like things in the holes and it replaces your stock a pillar. Well I am having a super big problem drilling a hole that will work. These stupid little snap screw things are not long enough. It says "Drill a hole in each corner for mounting" We that doesn't work anyone have any ideas. Oh by the way I am new, as if you didn't know, I just wanted to tell everyone hello and Michigan says whats up!!

The gauge pods don't have any mounting brackets. They snap on-to the A-pillar moulding. That's what the snap-screws are for. Line the pod up on the pillar where you want it to rest. Mark the location, remove the A-pillar moulding, drill holes in both the pod (at each corner) and the moulding, (you'll have to drill another hole in the middle of the pillar moulding to have a pass-through for the gauge wiring and hose (if applicable) to be ran) secure pod with snap-screws, install gauge, wire it and mount everything back, and you're done.

you should get rid of it if u can afford to its very hard to read gauges on the apillar. they make a gauge mount that goes on the center chanel speaker. its good quality but like 130$. no drilling required, it snaps into place and looks very nice.
