Gauge lights sometimes on sometimes off? 5 beeps?

Gauge lights sometimes on sometimes off? 5 beeps?
When im driving at night sometimes my gauge lights are not working but then ill be driving for a few minutes and they will turn on.. then sometimes they wont go off when the car is off and the tail lights stay on as well..??!
Also when the car is turned off there is 5 beeps in a row.. what does this mean??
