Question gas leak problem

Ive been having this gas leak for weeks (or months? )

the problem is... whatever i do, it leaks.

i could see some gas on the top of the injectors (primary). and they leak at the top(tip) of the injectors where they meet the fuel rail. i thought it was o-rings and changed them twice, but the problems remains.

according to PFC, the maximum injector duty cycle is about 68~70% at 8 psi. and O2 reading at WOT is about 0.95V. the car pops when i let go of gas pedal. (running rich)

for more details,

-Pulsation damper was replaced 6 month ago.
-installed another set of fuel rails and injectors to test, but still leaks.
-cleaned and balanced (plus brand new o-rings)all 4 injectors by RC engineering and installed them - still leaks.

now im wondering if there is anything i failed to check. a bad FPR? or PFC itself?

what do you guys think causing this problem?
any idea or inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the fuel lines, i.e. the rubber hoses? On the primaries, are you sure that plate on top of them is tightened properly?

rx7lover, Check on your primary injector insulators. Mine looked pretty horrible when I had my primaries cleaned/balanced. The insulators are the rubber seats the bottom of the injectors sit in. Inside the motor, not the primary rail. Pull the rail and look at the insulators, most likely they need to be replaced. About $6 each. Post back what you find it's good for others with fuel issues.
