well, i was getting some pretty bad leaking on my brand new hks race wastegate. it didnt start to open till about 25 psi and didnt fully open till 32psi. . . we all know thats not any good. the leaking was found at the bolts UNDER the diaphram. he bevelled the holes to allow o-rings to fit in place. im now getting a 10psi difference. it begins opening at 15psi and fully opens at 25 psi. there is a lot of leakage through the valve guide, but that would take some more work to figure out. . . and i wanna RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE. haha. im out to pick up some viton o-rings to replace the rubber ones we used for testing.

haha, you guys think i was hitting that while on my car? that was all during bench testing. im not a COMPLETE moron. i did run some leaded fuel to see if my knock readings went down, but that never worked. the car is still sound. . . as far as i know. . . . crossing fingers. haha
