Fuse box "wire discovery"

While trying to trouble shoot another issue and checking my fuel pump fuse .... I saw some wires coming from some fuses and wanted to see if you guys have any idea to what they could be going to or if I can just disconnect. One wire is connected to meter and the other to the wiper. Any info will be helpful. Thanks again

Looks like someone took power from there for a gauge or another accessory. Not really the ideal way to do it. Better to use an "*** a fuse".
