The front portion was painted with the engine bay, the black is just an acrylic laquer. I pressure washed the wells and scrubbed them with a scotch brite and then painted them...

Im actually doing lots of the same parts you are doing, for the brake booster, did you only have to take off the steering wheel to get to it?

No, you don't have to take it out, though iy helps... I took mine out because I'm replacing it with an efini steering wheel.

ok I was half-asleep when I responded...

You do not need to take out steering wheel to do Brake Booster, it's just 4 bolts and the 1 cotter pin. If you are a big guy I would recommend taking the seat out. I did with seat and steering wheel out and it's still tight.

Thanks for all the encouraging words guys, much appreciated!

some parts were beadblasted, brackets, bolts, H20 pump housing etc. Some were cleared, some were painted. I think I have it all covered in this thread tho. The pulleys were Greddy air pump removal pulleys and the main and PS are UO racing pulleys. They didn't match, so I beadblasted them, used an aluminum flake enamel and then a transparent 'annodized' paint to sorta candy them... also did to ast.
