Unhappy Funny Pulling prob

does anyone have any idea what could be up with my car,

i've just had the engine rebuilt and every now and then when i put my foot down it barely pulls and then when i let my foot off it makes a funny whining winding down type noise for a minute, i've also noticed a click sometimes when i put my foot down that sounds as if its coming from the middle of the car underneath, and i can feel it in the accelerator pedal.

im gonna get it checked out in a few weeks but its bugging me slightly now, sometimes everythings great, and sometimes it doesnt pull then seconds later it will

thats the best description i can do, sorry!

Funny whining noise? Like metal on metal whine?

It almost sounds like bad turbos, sometimes the will sit right, so they'll spin, other times they won't, but they make noise.

well i did think of that but the guy who did it said he checked the turbos and they were fine, but then again he mite not have reinstalled it properly lol

i dont think it sounds like metal, its not like a grinding noise its almost like the sound of the normal winding down of the engine but a lot louder (because you can never hear my engine over the exhaust)

Do you have an aftermarket intake? It could be that the mechanic forgot to put the pill back in between the intake and the air-pump, and it's mooing (airpumps do that...)
