Full Exhaust Upgrade?

Hey, i know this has probably been covered but i cant seem to find the right information for my current set up.

Right now I have a 93 R1 and it has an exhaust and an intake on it and is tuned with a HKS F-Con. I want to upgrade the down pipe, mid pipe, and cat back. I want to change the cat back because mine is outdated by many years and the catalytic converter is welded onto the exhaust, and i don't want to have it rewelded. If i were to get the dp,mp, and exhaust would tuning the F-Con avoid boost creep?

The FCon went out of fashion when Mary Kate and Ashley were about 12 years old. Dump it and buy a PFC.

Search on the PFC forum for lots of info.
