full coilovers or adjustable springs (ground control)

I want to change the springs on my FD. Currently I have Tokico Illuminas and some springs of unknown brand which sit too low in the front. My tires rub alot with my 18" wheels. The dilema is weather to buy full coilovers like apex n1 or tein, or keeping my illuminas and getting ground-control type springs with adjustable perches. Would there be a noticable difference that would be worth the extra cost?

also, what happens if I have a set coilovers and one goes bad? Could I buy a replacement, or is it covered under warranty? Or do i have to buy a full new set? I like the illuminas because it would be easy to get replacements. But I am tempted by the coilovers....

I also have racing beat front and rear sway bars and am waiting for my unobtainium bushings, so my ride will be nice and stiff like i like it.

any help is appreciated
