Fuel system check

Fuel system check
I rebuilt my engine.
-Stock Primaries
-ID2000 Secondaries
-OEM FPD
-Supra Fuel Pump
-Fuel pump electrical power mod where you move the contact in the fuse block to get direct battery power.
-innovate wideband/boost controller combo gauge.
-PFC
Mixture always reads lean. I keep the car out of boost and it needs a tune. reading 13+. Often 15 when initially accelerating. Car drives reliably. I moved during this project and drove it from Texas to Minnesota in this condition.
Where would you start in investigating this issue? My PFC controller is broken. LCD screen died, but I have a laptop with FC_Edit.
How would I go about verifying the accuracy of my wide-band?
I am not using a fuel pressure regulator, could this be an issue?
Thanks

What is your voltage at the fuel pump? The supra and most other pumps need 13V minimum to flow what they are rated. You really should run a dedicated relay for the fuel pump.
ID injectors are intended to run at 43.5 psi base pressure. You really need an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator.
Address the above issues and get a professional tune.
Also, if you are running an airpump it will through off the wideband readings. Unplug it temporarily to ensure you are getting a correct reading.

1) insulator grommets

2) the plastic spacer where the two bolts go (spacer slides between engine block and rail)
EDIT: seems FFE has a replacement for this in case you wonder
